You are looking to transform your body and health, this could be due to a decision you have been considering for a while or you may have been prompted by your doctor, spouse or the company you work for to take action now. Regardless- you are making an important step.
Personal training simply makes achieving your goals easier.
Different types of personal training offered at HHH are:
- One on One training - personalized attention, correction and motivation, program/ plan prescription and guidance - $80 per hour
- Partner training - work out with a friend or partner, save money and recruit an additional source of motivation - $45 each
- Group training - up to six people, training in a group is a fun and effective way of getting fit - $20 - $30 per session each.
- Bootcamp - seven to fifteen people, this class is open to all fitness levels and guarantees results. Relatively small group still ensures you are getting enough attention and support.
- Osteoporosis classes - Supported by Merck Sharpe and Dohme, classes run in all areas of Sydney from Villawood to Drummoyne to Mona Vale. These classes prove to be a hit and are free to the public.
- Martial arts training - Combining techniques learnt in Wu Xing, Wing chun, BJJ, Boxing and muay thai kick boxing, a martial arts lesson offers practical self defense and fitness in the one class.
